If your dog during the first year of age is found to have a life threatening genetic defect, return him/her to Spring Valley Cavaliers (at buyers expense) with registration papers and a written explanation from a licensed veterinarian, and he/she will be replaced as soon as a puppy of equal or greater value becomes available. In the unlikely event that you loose your puppy within the first year, seller will request an autopsy to determine the cause of death at buyer's expense. If cause of death is found to be due to a congenital defect seller will replace the puppy as soon as a puppy of equal or greater value becomes available. No cash refund. Buyer is responsible for transport costs of replacement puppy.

All veterinarian bills incurred to diagnose or repair a health issue, will be the responsibility of the buyer unless arrangements have been made or approved prior to treatment. All puppies will be current on vaccinations at time of purchase, as well as many preventatives. It is the buyers responsibility to continue with the puppy's vaccinations until they are complete (typically between 12 and 16 weeks of age). It is necessary for the buyer to complete scheduled series of vaccinations ON TIME, in order to protect the puppy and for his/her health guarantee to remain valid. The puppy should not be exposed to premises known to be or suspected of being contaminated.

Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully and this contract is under the jurisdiction of the state of Missouri and the County of Webster. It is agreed that the place of venue shall be in Webster County, Missouri.
